We loved working with Carlos and his team at U.S. Work Building & Remodeling for our comprehensive home renovation. We needed to refresh our newly purchased home (built in the 80s) and Carlos made it beautiful and modern! His team completely remodeled our kitchen (my favorite part of the home now), master bedroom and bathrooms, redid all of our floors and lighting, reworked all of the plumbing and electrical work and more. They worked with our vision and helped us pick out color combinations, tiles and paint, and they delivered quality work that was done quickly. Carlos Santos and team at U.S. Work Building & Remodeling did a GREAT JOB on our bathroom renovations. He showed up when he said he would and the work was done on time and on budget. No surprises at all. Just great work. We live in Medfield and Carlos and his team would travel up from the Cape to do their work. We can't say enough good things about them. We are really pleased with their work and how everything looks.

We have just finished an intensive house renovation project with Carlos (and his company U.S. Work) and we cannot be more pleased! He is reliable, trustworthy and his workmanship is superb. Our renovation touched every surface of the house, including a new kitchen and new bathrooms. We really appreciated his great design ideas and also his flexibility to add additional items to the list. We were away much of the time and he kept us well informed with phone calls, photos and face time videos. His subcontractors and businesses he used were also excellent. Our house is absolutely beautiful now and we will use Carlos for all our future projects. I highly recommend him and his company!

As a Chicago based interior designer, I have worked with a host of contractors over the course of my career. Hands down, Carlos and his team were the most extraordinary to work with. Very quickly, I realized that Carlos was unlike so many builders with whom I have worked. Carlos, under extreme time pressure was not only able to finish a beautiful bathroom for us, he transformed our basement into true usable space.
He worked wonderfully with other sub-contractors, and was responsive always to my questions. Carlos added such incredible value to our home, in such an accelerated timeframe. I cannot -- as a home owner and as an interior design progressional--recommend Carlos more highly. He is a true gem.

U.S. Work Building & Remodeling did a great job remodeling two bathrooms in our home and we would certainly use them again for any future building projects. Carlos, who is the main contact person, was very easy to communicate with and kept us informed on the progress every step of the way. He brought our vision to life and stayed within the budget each time. All of the construction elements were very well coordinated and ran smoothly and on schedule. This company and Carlos are the best. Carlos came into our project that was just started and was our savior. We had to fire the previous contractor and were extremely fortunate to find Carlos. He has a fantastic team that works for him, they worked tirelessly and are polite and a pleasure. Carlos came in and finished the job before the expected time frame. We could not believe it. Carlos is a pleasure to work with. He is pleasant, always a smile on his face, a real professional. We would call him during the job and he would be there within hours. His work is top notch. He never disappointed us.
I cannot say enough good things about Carlos. After our previous bad experience, Carlos was a breath of fresh air. I strongly recommend U.S. Work Building & Remodeling.
